Domestic Violence
This Course is designed to help interpreters understand the complexity of domestic violence (DV) cases. It will teach interpreters how to identify signs, understanding legal and law enforcement lingo, safety practices, relationship of victims and aggressor, court proceedings, interpreter roles, psychology of DV cases, case examples and how to remain calm in stressful engagements.
